Relationship between Students’ Self-Construal and Decision Making Styles at University Level

Present study aimed to investigate relationship between students’ self-construal and decision making styles at university level. Correlational research design was used the variables. Population of consisted on all students in Lahore. Simple random sampling technique select sample. Sample 200 male female from public private universities Self-construal scale decision-making were for data collection. Reliability instruments .869 .756 respectively. Findings revealed that there significant positive moderate correlation existed further concluded mean difference perceptions about based their gender, type, qualification age. There is an emerging group hold interdependent self-construal. Therefore, findings this suggested different should be according having behavior improve performance interpersonal relationships
